She has a consistent track record of championing and delivering complex organisational and system agenda’s. She has over 38years NHS experience, including 11 years at Executive Board level. Sheila is experienced in leading system and cross boundary agenda’s. She is committed to creating successful partnerships in order to deliver good quality, effective patient care.

Background

Sheila started her career as a Registered Nurse (adults & children), and is a qualified educationalist. She has worked across all areas of the health sector. She has held a variety of senior management and board positions. Undertaken several roles working in partnership with other agencies to develop and deliver integrated agenda`s. Led a Community Trust through arm`s length arrangements to independent status as an NHS organisation. Since establishing the management company four years ago she has undertaken a variety of assignments for NHS organisations. These have included service mergers, turnaround, system transformation, organisational and service improvement.
